Diplomas, Their Relevance & What They Realli Are Todae!
Hiya Peeps,I'm sorta taking a break now from my work research..God damned..It's damn infuriating wen firstly, u dun understand wat ure abt to research n secondly, becoz of the 1st reason, u cant realli find the answers for the research!..
Yeah, so i tink im gonna take a break n start blogging since its been awhile since i laz posted anithin.
Aniwae, as some of u peeps noe, im sorta working in an IT line..Dats coz i tink ive been doin IT for my diploma, so its rightly so dat i get a job in IT. But the qn's dat been on my mind is are IT jobs onli meant for IT dip holders & can ppl from a certain Dip (e.g. IT Dip) take on areas of work dat are nt related to wat dey've been studying?
2 frens i noe are currently Childcare Teachers!..I mean wat the heck has IT gotta do wid childcare?!?!..n why arent dey doin IT jobs?..So i asked one of dem & the reply was like "Umm, I can't really find an IT job, n i dun tink i'm suited to do IT. Aniwae i like kids!"..
Bleargh!..Y do IT den?..Another fren of mine's currently studyin tourism..Yesh!..Dats after getting an IT Diploma!..Y? u peeps might ask!..Welllll..The ans goes "I actualli wanted to do tourism, bt i cant..Coz i didnt get results dat wld permit mi to study IT!"..
Dis is a joke rite?..No offense to my frens!..Its juz an example guys!..The thg is, Spore is so currently into Certs n stuff dat ppl like mi n my frens are juz getting a Diploma for the sake of gettin a "DIPLOMA HOLDER" status..After which, we can either stick to our Dip xpertise or dwelve into other areas bsides the one we learned in poly. And if we do take the latter option, we'll moz prob go "Damnz, y didnt i learn somethg dats nt freaking related to wat i'm doin now!..Such a damn waste of my time!"
Haha..For mi, I'm seriously still trying to find whether i'm suited to be in the IT line. I dunnoe abt u guys but i wld suggest dat for those hu havent done poly/jc..Pls realli realli tink abt wat u intend to do for the rez of ur life...Instead of juz jumping into the wagon & get a Diploma for the sake of getting one!..U'll regret it sooner or later..Might as well learn somethg dat u noe will be useful to u in the future!...
Gotta go back to doin my research now!...Haiz.
