Tissue Paper On A Table Means Its RESERVED!!!
Hey peeps.Gez wat?..I was having lunch dis week (tink it was wed) at Chinatown Square when i discovered somethg realli bad about Singaporeans!..Gosh!..I cant realli believe it's still happening rite now..Laz time i witness dis kinda thgs was wen i was doin my attachmt..Which was like 2 1/2 yrs ago..Wtf?!?!
Hehe..Ok ok..Im sure some of you, or moz of u, will noe about this. But for those hu dun realli lunch much in the town area, lemme brief y'all on wat i saw.
From afar, the food juntion looked like it was half empty..Which was gd considering the fact dat it was lunchtime. So off we went to buy our lunch, tinking we cld juz buy it and easily choose a table to sit down n eat.
Howeva, wen i was in the midst of getting my food, i realised dat more n more ppl were coming in to the food juntion..but they seem to b looking for seats.."Hell..R dey blind or wat?..Cant dey see the empty tables rite in front of their damn noses!".. Which was den i realised dat 3/4 of the empty tables had packet of tissue papers on their seats!..It den dawned on mi dat in town/bizness areas, doin such a thg means dat seat is bein reserved by someone!..WTF!!..
In the end, my frens n i had to wait for close to 20 mins standing up, holding our trays of food, n waiting for available seats!..Sad Sad Case rite?
Haiz..Sporeans!..Dey're damn selfish in nature..Selfish n Kiasu!..
Ive read an article b4 explaining hw a foreign tourist/expat found dis action of "reserving" ur seat by puttin a packet of tissue unfathomable..He explained dat in the US, ppl thr actualli buy their food 1st b4 lking for a seat.
THERE YOU GO FOLKS!..Y cant S'poreans be more civilised and polite?..
Buy food -> Find a place to sit -> Eat ->
Leave n let others have a chance to sit and eat.
If all ya ppl out thr follow these steps, i bet u the world will be a betta place. =D
Okiez..dats all for now..Gotta ZZzzZZ..
HAPPY GERSARY YAS!.. =D ..
Cya all peeps!.. Ciaozz!!!
